FAQ

We are working hard to build this page, more FAQs are on the way. Thank you for your patience.

Q: When can I drop off my child?

A: Arriving at the classroom 5 to 10 minutes early is ideal.  😀

Q: If the student can not attend the class due to sickness or other unavoidable situations?

A: We understand that sometimes students can not attend the class. We will credit a maximum of two classes and offset tuition to the next term. For more information please see our Policy and Procedure.

Q: Do you provide trial class?

A: Yes, we do. However, please note that our places will be reserved for students who register for the whole term first, so the trial class will only be available when there is a vacancy. Please check the timetable and contact us to book the trial class if you need it, thank you.   🙂

Q: If I’m late to pick up my child?

A:  Please pick up your child on time, because we are running another class after it, and sometimes we might need to close the classroom quickly if we have an appointment. We have to say sorry that after class we are not responsible to take care of your child. Any late situation please try to arrange for your family/friends to help and contact us immediately. We appreciate your understanding. 🙂

Q: Do you welcome disable kids?

A:  Yes we do, we have experience in teaching children with autism, hyperactivity and learning delays. However, you need to book the trial class for your child first, make sure he/she doesn’t need parental company and is willing to sit and enjoy painting. Please note that we are offering general art drawing lessons, not art therapy. Contact us if you have more questions. Thank you so much.  🙂

Q: What do I need to prepare/bring for my child?

A:

  • Classic Art Class & Creative Art Class: We provide materials for physical classes, but children’s clothes may be stained with paint during class, especially acrylic paint is our commonly used medium and it’s waterproof. We strongly recommend that please let children wear clothes that are not afraid of getting any paint or bring their own art smock.
  • Sketching Class: We provide materials for physical classes, you don’t need to prepare anything.
  • Abacus Mental Class: We provide materials & abacus for physical classes, you don’t need to prepare anything.
  • Piano Class: Materials are not included, please bring required piano textbooks according to the level of each child.
  • Clay Class: We provide materials for physics classes, but children’s clothes may be stained with clay, dust and paints during class, we provide aprons in class but it only covers the front of the clothes, you can prepare your child’s art smock if you want.
  • Online Art Class & Sketching Class: Materials are not included, please prepare all materials according to the materials list provided by the teacher.
Q: Do you allow parents to stay and wait until the lesson finishes? Are the parents allowed to watch the class from outside? (eg. Viewing glass, etc)?

A:  Sorry, we are not allowing parents to stay and watch the class from outside, it will influence the class quality, especially kids will see the parent and they can’t get attention to the class, also other students might think it’s unfair if their parents are not here, that’s not good for the teaching. We appreciate your understanding.   🙂
