Policy and Procedure

POLICIES:
– Registration fee is paid at the time of registration. Students are registered at the time of payment.
– Last day of registration- five days prior to class. No refunds after that date.
– Fees for the next term must be paid before the last lesson of the current term.

Course Cancellation:
School term: If a season is cancelled due to insufficient registration, an alternative season will be offered if/when available, or a full refund will be issued. When classes are cancelled due to inclement weather or other circumstances they will be rescheduled. No refunds will be granted when students leave class early or did not attend class. We understand that sometimes students can not attend the class due to sickness or other unavoidable situations. For that, we will credit a maximum of two classes and offset tuition for the following term.

Please note:
*credits cannot be used in the holiday program.
*credits follow the individual student, and cannot be used for others.
*credits will be automatically canceled if you do not continue to register for the following term.

Release Agreement for Children/Youth Artists:
I agree to the fullest extent to be responsible for any medical bills which may incur resulting from illness or injury during my child’s participation in art classes. I also understand and agree that I am expected to carry my child’s accident and medical insurance. I release the instructor of the art class from any and all liability and/or claims or damages arising out of personal injury of any kind.

Please Note:
1) All students need to be dropped off and picked up ON TIME as the instructor will NOT be responsible to look after children/Youth after classes end.
2) In the event of a sick student, the guardian will be contacted immediately for pick up.
3) If the student requires special medical assistance, please notify the instructor BEFORE the start of the first lesson. (Please ensure all medicine/medical equipment are packed, directions are given before sending your child.)
4) In order to maintain a comfortable learning environment, parents/guardians are NOT required to accompany children/students in the class, thank you.
5) This contract will be automatically renewed every term, no need to sign again unless there are changes to be notified.
